Leakage Problems and Solutions of Transparent Oil Tanks
Oil leakage from transparent oil tanks can mainly be classified into three situations: static oil leakage, oil leakage from special test items, and suction oil leakage.
1. Oil leakage after standing still
Reason: The structure design of the oil cup is unreasonable and the sealing is not in place. The oil absorption performance of the oil-conducting medium is insufficient.
Solution: Optimize the structural design of the oil cup to ensure that the sealing ring is closely attached to the oil cup. Select a high-molecular oil-conducting medium to balance the hydraulic pressure in the oil cup.
2. Oil leakage in special test items
Reason: After oil injection, the bubbles expand, the wall thickness of the oil cup is insufficient, and the fit between the sealing ring and the oil cup decreases. The leak-proof grade of the atomizing core and the sealing performance of the silicone rubber do not meet the standards.
Solution: Control the oil injection process to reduce bubbles; Increase the wall thickness and material strength of the oil cup; Improve the leak-proof level of the atomization core and enhance the sealing performance of the silicone.
